Eric Pollack
Eric PollackPresident
Eric has been in the Search Industry for over 25 years. His first Search Firm, Ambiance Personnel, became the dominating Search and Staffing Firm in the Logistics Industry before its sale.

Eric took a brief departure into real estate development that resulted in him being named COO of Bayview Homes, a five-entity development company, including a full-service General Contracting firm that built multi-million dollar waterfront estates as well as multi-unit projects throughout the Florida Keys.

Since 2008, Eric has focused on building a full-service executive search firm with a worldwide network of clients and applicants exclusive to the Lighting, IoT, Automation, and Cleantech industries.

Reinaldo Rementeria
Reinaldo RementeriaDirector of Recruiting
As an experienced Executive Recruiter and Manager, Reinaldo is dedicated to helping people and has a passion for his work. Born in Cuba, Reinaldo left his home country for Spain before settling in the United States. Reinaldo attended the University of Florida for Aerospace Engineering and found his true calling in managing systems, processes, and people. Reinaldo’s early career focused on the automotive industry, an area he still enjoys. He then found his next challenge was healthcare training, where he spent over 10 years recruiting educators and students.

In 2013 Reinaldo joined ESP Prosearch as an Executive recruiter, where he moved up quickly through the ranks and is currently the Director of Recruiting, responsible for Business Development, Recruiting, and Operations.

Jecka Javier
Jecka JavierAdministrative Assistant
Jerika, a skilled administrative assistant, is highly driven and committed to providing the exceptional support to an organization. She is a goal-oriented individual who strives to achieve definite results. Jerika earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. More than a job or a profession, it has always been and will always be her advocacy to assist organizations in managing and supporting their operations to keep them going. Her early employment was primarily in sales and marketing. She then turned to freelance for her next challenge, becoming a Virtual Administrative Assistant specializing in Digital Content, Recruiting, and Social Media. Jerika joined ESP Prosearch in 2022 and directly reports to the Team Head and Executive.

Jerika is dedicated to fostering financial wellness and knowledge outside of work. She likes to learn, travel, cook, and spend time with her family.
